Zoning Legend
   R Rural District. Low density rural and agricultural uses. Density shall not exceed the maximum densities identified in the Comp Plan.
   RS-R Residential Single-Family Rural District. Low density rural and agricultural uses annexed into the City. Densities shall not exceed two dwelling units per gross acre.
   RS-4 Residential Single-Family District. Medium density single-family development with maximum of four units per gross unit.
   RS-5 Residential Single-Family District. Higher density single-family development with maximum of five units per gross acre.
   RST-8 Residential Single-Family District. High density single/two-family urban zone with maximum of eight units per gross acre.
   RM-10 Residential multifamily District. Low density multifamily developments with maximum of 10 units per gross acre.
   RM-16 Residential Multifamily District. Medium density multifamily developments with maximum of 16 units per gross acre.
   RM-24 Residential Multifamily District. Higher density multifamily developments with maximum of 24 units per gross acre.
   RM-32 Residential Multifamily District. High density multifamily developments with maximum of 32 units per gross acre.
   RM-42 Residential Multifamily District. High density multifamily developments with maximum of 42 units per gross acre.
   NB Neighborhood Business District. Light businesses between residential areas and other features which create impacts; or to provide shopping and services for nearby neighborhoods.
   CB Central Business District. Areas of concentrated indoor retail and service business uses but not for regional shopping or large outdoor sales areas.
   LC Light Commercial District. Retail and service businesses that may require large amounts of land area and/or direct access to a major street system. It may include regional shopping centers as well as outdoor sales and motels.
 HC Heavy Commercial District. Provide for the establishment of areas of heavy commercial activity including wholesale businesses, warehousing and some light assembling, fabrication, and manufacturing uses.
   IND Industrial District. Provide for areas of heavy and concentrated fabrication, manufacturing and industrial uses, including outdoor industrial storage.
   PD Planned Development.
   PB Public District. Provide for uses and facilities in the ownership of federal, state and local governments or special taxing districts.
   PK Parking District. Provide areas for required designation off-street parking for community, institutional, business, commercial or industrial uses on off-site parcels, including parcels adjoining residential areas.
